Franklin is a township in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,293 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated communities of Menchalville and Taus are located in the town. The unincorporated communities of Reifs Mills and Maple Grove are partially located in the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.2 square miles (93.7 km²), of which, 36.2 square miles (93.7 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.06%) is water.
